The Project
Located in the south-west of Moscow, The ICUBE is an 11-storey office complex a few minutes’ walk from Profsoyuznaya metro station. It’s design uses panoramic windows and green landscaping which make The ICUBE a landmark in a predominantly residential district. The surrounding neighbourhood has a broad range of shops, cafés, restaurants, banks and other facilities. By using BREEAM certification, O1 Properties aimed to not only create a productive work environment, but also to contribute to the city of Moscow’s transition to a green economy.
