After the virtual awards of last year, it’s been a pleasure celebrating the awards with the winners and fellow nominees in person. The vast array of projects amongst this years’ shortlist and winners demonstrates how BREEAM can drive better performance and deliver value on an international scale across the entire built environment lifecycle.
In addition this year BREEAM hosted a thought leadership agenda of learning and networking in the day, The day included debates on the highest impact solutions to achieve net zero, explorng the role of green finance and an exclusive first look at the BREEAM Platform; a credible third-party framework and tool to support your commercial success and ESG goals.

This special BREEAM Awards publication proudly presents the people, projects and organisations that are leading the way with significant achievements in sustainable building design, development and management. The projects shortlisted range from homes in vibrant mixed-use developments, to education sports buildings serving students and the wider communities in which they reside, to large scale commercial properties incorporating green roofs and living walls in the centre of cities.
